If Tomorrow Comes has always been my favorite Sidney Sheldon book, so I'm excited about this, but nervous about it too. All witnesses to the accident should therefore be found and questioned.

Raw and passion was present in Bagshawe's writing style and I loved that. Well, I wish I never picked up this book. Tracy Whitney never thought she needed to settle down. So maybe that why she decided to play safe but it fell flat. Unlike Cooper, Rizzo is a truly good man who is determined to seek justice and do the right thing. The end, well, what I can I say.
Ending was so open ended and few loose ends left, probably to secure another sequel. The only con would be the plot- it was obviously predictable, unlike Sheldon's riveting plots. Mistress of the Game was awful, and will hopefully disappear over time. The revival of the characters and storyline brought back memories of the original text. After reading Sidney Sheldon's If Tomorrow Comes many years ago and rereading it recently, I was so excited to learn there was a sequel.
A great piece of fiction although I was disappointed with the ending. I think this might be the best book I have ever read in my entire life!!!!! I know this chick so well. You really have to read the first one so you can enjoy Chasing Tomorrow as it just flows on from the first book. But it seems Tracy's fantasy of a being a married woman is not turning out to be that well mostly because when a twenty-something girl is crushing on Tracy's most handsome husband, Jeff. School is taught in English in the Philippines. Tilly Bagshawe, even though not as great as Sidney Sheldon has definitely written a gripping novel.
The story's just getting started. I think I will just pretend I never read it so that Tracy and Jeff can live on as I imagined they would when I was a teen. But when a ghost from Tracy's past surfaces up and challenges her, it seems to Tracy that she indeed has so many unfinished business to put dirt on her burned past's ashes, since this was the tomorrow she was expecting for herself and she needs it to be perfect without any rivals on her way! Moreover, like everyone says that it's predictable, I too will agree with that. Her help is sought by an Interpol investigator to solve a series of murders which happen very close to heists of the kind she used to pull off earlier. But the rest of the world believes Tracy Whitney is dead - until a series of murders leads a tenacious French detective to her doorstep. Initially I thought that perhaps Sheldon and Bagshawe had co-written the book. Well, soon Rebecca Mortimer, assistant of Jeff, incites Jeff against Tracy by showing false video footage. The story shuffles between incidents in their past and current. Truly you've done it with the Tracy Whitney series.
But it isn't the future Tracy bargained for. Noose and gallows are prepared. Now and again people have been telling him that Tracy is dead, but he still believes she's out there somewhere. Jennifer's strength and beauty win the love of two powerful men but earn her the implacable hatred of a third. Tracy though soon gets a little disillusioned with the lack of action.
